We are committed to complying with legal and internal regulations, our guiding principles, values, and our Supplier Code of Conduct. We investigate reports of violations and misconduct and take your concerns seriously. Our whistleblower system allows you to report wrongdoing (e.g. theft, fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, discrimination, bullying, harassment, human rights violations, environmental breaches, or data protection issues) through designated channels.
Have you observed an incident that you’d like to report? You can submit your report confidentially here. You may report any violation listed under the Whistleblower Protection Act that you have witnessed in connection with your activities at ZEEH DESIGN GmbH.
We are committed to protecting whistleblowers. We therefore also allow anonymous reports. We do not tolerate any pressure or discrimination against whistleblowers. At the same time, the presumption of innocence applies to the person concerned until proven guilty.
Incoming reports are treated with strict confidentiality and utmost care. All reports received via the whistleblower system are processed internally by the reporting office team. Each receipt is acknowledged and, if contact information has been provided, whistleblowers are notified about the progress and outcome of the investigation.
When submitting a tip-off, it’s helpful to consider the following questions:
Who? – Who is it about? Who is affected?
What? – What happened? Description of the facts.
When? – When did the incident occur?
How? – How often did it happen?
Where? – Where did the incident take place?
Please describe your concern as precisely as possible and, if possible, be available to answer any further questions. This helps us process your report faster and more accurately. You can, however, remain completely anonymous if you prefer. We also welcome constructive criticism and suggestions for improving our whistleblowing system.
