IAA Mobility in Munich – good to know
Where in Munich does IAA Mobility take place?
The IAA Summit for trade visitors is held at the Messe München exhibition center. This is complemented by the Open Space concept with event areas in historic squares in Munich’s city centre. The IAA Blue Lane – 15.5 km long test track for zero-emission cars and electric bikes – connects the various areas with the exhibition grounds.
Since when has the IAA been held in Munich?
The IAA was held for the first time in Munich location from 7th to 12th September 2021 and inspired more than 400,000 participants with a novel event concept involving more than 700 exhibitors and well over 900 speakers. The focus was not only on the car, but the fair also offered a platform for the digital and climate-neutral mobility of the future. Since then, it has been held every 2 years in Munich and lasts 7 days.
