What we expect from you

  • Ideally, you’ll have a technical or commercial qualification or a degree in the field of wood technology, construction industry, industrial engineering, or architecture
  • You have several years of experience in project management of trade fair and event constructions, and you have already calculated complex projects in the industry
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel, Navision Business Central, and GAEB tender software
  • With your ability to think and act economically in a solution-oriented way, you actively contribute to the success of tenders and offers
  • You are flexible and able to work under pressure, and you push forward complex calculations and topics on your own initiative with technical and constructive creativity
  • In addition to your technical and business skills, your social skills such as communication strengths, teamwork, and determination complete your profile
 

We are looking for individuals who think and act independently who, with their passion for their tasks, are determined to complete them successfully.

 
 

Your tasks include

  • Independently preparing complex tenders taking into consideration technical and economic objectives
  • Identifying opportunities and risks in the competitive environment
  • Defining construction and solution approaches in advance of the tender
  • Researching supplier and subcontractor services
  • Creating complex accompanying documentation prior to submitting offers
  • Communicating with our clients, agencies and suppliers
